The RoleWe are looking for a Founders’ Associate to work directly with the founding team on the two things that matter most: winning early customers and keeping the company running. The role is commercial at its core: help build company strategy and go-to-market; drive conversations with data center operators and energy market players; own projects end to end. What You'll Work OnCommercial & Go-to-Market: Define and execute strategy; track trends in AI compute, deployment models, and energy markets; develop materials and processes (decks, case studies, pricing, playbooks, CRM).Strategy Projects & Founders’ Office: Own strategic projects; set up demonstration projects; prepare board meetings, investor communications, financial models, and speaking engagements. What We're Looking ForBackground: Strong academics (business/econ/engineering/natural sciences); early career experience in tech/startups/consulting; experience with financial models and commercial processes; exposure to technical/infrastructure businesses is a plus.What Makes This Work: Founder’s mentality; thrive in ambiguity; write clearly; move fast and follow through; leverage AI tools; clear communication in English (conversational German a strong plus).
