Loadwise connects data centers directly to real-time energy markets and grid signals to enable cost-optimal and carbon-aware operation. The RoleWe are looking for a Founders’ Associate to work directly with the founding team on the two things that matter most at this stage: winning early customers and keeping the company running.The core of the role is commercial: help build company strategy and GTM, and drive conversations with data center operators and energy market players. You will own projects end to end and have real influence over positioning.This role is a launching pad toward leadership (e.g., Chief of Staff or commercial leadership). What You'll Work OnCommercial & Go-to-Market- Define and execute Loadwise’s commercial strategy for data centers and energy market players- Track trends in AI compute, data center deployment models, and energy markets- Build commercial materials and processes (pitch decks, case studies, pricing, playbooks, CRM)Strategy Projects & Founders’ Office- Own strategic projects end to end (e.g., European demonstration project with operators and grid entities)- Prepare board meetings, investor comms, financial models, speaking engagements- Pick up what needs picking up and take full ownership What We're Looking For- Strong academic track record (business, economics, engineering, natural sciences)- Early career experience in fast-moving tech/startup/consulting- Experience building financial models and managing commercial processes- Exposure to technical/infrastructure businesses (clean-tech, energy, cloud, AI infra) is a plusWhat Makes This Work- Founder’s mentality; thrive in ambiguity; write clearly; move fast and follow through; leverage AI tools; strong English (conversational German is a strong plus) What We Offer- Competitive Base & Meaningful Equity- High Autonomy, Zero Bureaucracy: be in the room where decisions are made- Your Setup: licenses for AI tools; top-of-the-line hardware
