Position Summary

The WASH Program Manager will lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of WASH projects in Ethiopia. This role ensures high-quality program delivery, compliance with donor requirements, and alignment with LM International’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Develop and oversee WASH program strategies, work plans, and budgets.
• 
  Ensure effective implementation of WASH activities in target communities.
• 
  Provide technical guidance and capacity building to field teams.
• 
  Monitor program performance, prepare reports, and ensure donor compliance.
• 
  Coordinate with government agencies, NGOs, and community stakeholders.
• 
  Promote integration of WASH with other LM International programs.

Qualifications

• 
  Education: Master’s degree in Hydrology, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Management, or related field.
• 
  Experience: Minimum 5 years in WASH program management, preferably in humanitarian or development contexts.
• 
  Strong knowledge of WASH standards, Sphere guidelines, and donor requirements.
• 
  Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• 
  Proficiency in English and local languages is an asset.
