What You’ll Own

You won’t just “manage a roadmap.” You’ll shape the product that defines this category together with the broader LIsa& team.

• Own product strategy across critical parts of our platform
• Take in feedback from internal teams and our Partners and translate into executable product requirements and features
• Drive the evolution of our end-to-end rental and subscription engine:
• Merchant integrations (API, checkout, POS)
• Customer journeys (onboarding → usage → upgrade → return)
• Lifecycle, pricing, and recommerce systems
• Documentation of product specifications and requirements
• Turn regulatory disruption into product advantage
• Work directly with leadership on what we build—and why
• Ship fast, learn faster, and scale what works
• Move core business metrics: Conversion, Approval rates, LTV, Partner revenue and more...

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management
• Experience in fintech, payments, marketplaces, or SaaS platforms
• Strong track record of shipping and scaling complex digital products
• Ability to work across technical, commercial, and regulatory domains
• Great communicator and organizational skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, or platform products
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with credit, leasing, or subscription models
• Exposure to circular economy or sustainability-driven products
• Worked in B2B2C or partner-driven ecosystems
