What you’ll do at Lisa&:
Working in commercial development at Lisa&, you’ll be part of the commercial team working alongside the Chief Commercial Officer and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product Development, Tech and Finance to grow and build our partnership base successfully. In this role, you will:
- Identifying partner opportunities and lead generation across Nordics
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to tailor our solution to meet client needs and close complex deals in longer sales cycles
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to accelerate our strategic sales initiatives
- Structure partner business cases from pricing to financing structure, ensuring alignment with financial targets
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies against key KPIs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as the bridge between key functions
- Develop tools and processes that improve data-driven decision-making
- Onboard partners in collaboration with internal resources
- Playing a crucial role in taking Lisa& to the next level
About you:
- 3-5 years of working in business development, sales, strategy, or finance in a fast-paced and agile environment
- Experience from tech, fintech, payments and SaaS is a positive
- Openness to learning and thriving in tackling a variety of problems that you might not have seen before
- A collaborative mindset where you leverage your colleague’s expertise to come up with better solutions together
- You are an expert in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI with great attention to detail and have experience in creating financial models
- Leadership mindset or experience from leading initiatives or teams
- You can see the big picture, but also really get into the details
