What you’ll do at Lisa&:

Partner Sales at Lisa&, you’ll be part of the commercial team working alongside the Chief Commercial Officer and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product Development, Tech and Finance to grow and build our partnership base successfully. In this role, you will:

  • Drive sales efforts, focusing on enterprise customers across various industries in the Nordics
  • Creating and identifying new business opportunities, pitching Lisa&’s services, and closing deals
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders both at the executive and individual level
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to accelerate our strategic sales initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to tailor our solution to meet client needs and close complex deals
  • Be the face of Lisa& at industry events, trade fairs, and customer visits
  • Playing a crucial role in taking Lisa& to the next level

About you:

  • 5+ years of working in business development, account management, or sales in a fast-paced and agile environment
  • Experience from banking, tech, fintech, payments, SaaS is a positive
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships over long sales cycles and with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Openness to learning and thriving in tackling a variety of problems that you might not have seen before
  • A collaborative mindset where you leverage your colleague’s expertise to come up with better solutions together
  • High level of drive and the desire to build a business from the ground up
