Our User Engagement team is looking for an Implementation Specialist to join us in helping our IBDP and IGCSE educators and students improve learning with Kognity. Our mission is to ensure every educator can confidently integrate Kognity into their classroom, so every student can own their learning and increase engagement through our learning platform.

As the Implementation Specialist, you will provide exceptional online training that both inspires and prepares our new and existing users to teach and learn with Kognity’s IBDP and IGCSE resources.

Please note that this is an ad hoc position, with an expected time commitment of 10-20 hours a month. This role is remote and open to candidates based anywhere in APAC time zones.

We believe that you are someone who loves engaging with educators and students and can design and deliver engaging training sessions that will support Kognity’s integration into the classroom. You will develop, implement and analyse bespoke sessions to contribute to an onboarding experience that fits the needs of the schools you work with. Your objective is to ensure educators and students receive relevant and engaging training that maximises product usage.

Responsibilities

  • Design bespoke training sessions, centred around the specific requests of customer schools

  • Deliver engaging and interactive sessions to educators and students in a virtual format

  • Develop a deep understanding of Kognity’s platform features

  • Gather feedback from users on training sessions, and use data to modify sessions

  • Work closely with the User Education Manager to collaborate on design, delivery, and feedback

Requirements

  • Experience teaching IBDP and IGCSE curriculum

  • Knowledge of and passion for digital teaching and learning

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver presentations in large and small groups

  • Experience with virtual delivery

  • Proficiency in technology, including Zoom and Google workspace

  • Time management and organisational skills

Interview process

  1. Team member call: A call with the User Education Manager, to get to know you and discuss the role in more detail.

  2. Recorded training session: you will provide us with a recording of yourself delivering a mock training session, which will be evaluated by the Head of User Engagement and User Education Manager.
