What we’re looking for:
📌 Experience leading product functions in technology scale-ups (ideally company sizes of 50–300 people and >$10M revenue)
🎯 Proven ability to set strategy, structure teams, and turn vision into execution — consistently raising the bar on ambition and clarity
🌍 Record of delivering big outcomes — from launching new products to entering new markets, not just maintaining what already exists
🔥 Track record of driving pace, clarity, and ambition across cross-functional teams
🤖 Real examples of integrating AI into product thinking, operations, and delivery
🧭 High-trajectory profile with role evolution, growing scope, or founder experience
