What you’ll do:

• 📊 Shape our AI strategy – Work across Product and Tech to define where and how we use AI. Help teams run solid experiments, measure impact, and focus on what matters.

• 🛠️ Build the AI foundations – Design and lead the development of shared infrastructure (like prompt orchestration, eval tooling, and model abstraction) that powers AI features across the product.

• 💰 Own cost and vendor management – Keep AI usage smart and efficient. You'll handle contracts, budgets, and help teams understand the tradeoffs of different tools and models.

• 🔐 Make AI safe and compliant – Work with Legal and Security to ensure safe, auditable, policy-compliant AI usage—with automation where possible.

• 🧑‍🏫 Level up the whole org – Lead our AI Champs network and drive internal knowledge-sharing, so everyone from engineers to PMs can build confidently with AI.

What we’re looking for:

• 💻 Deep technical experience building with modern LLM stacks (OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, etc.)

• 🧑‍💻 Strong coding skills (e.g. Python, TypeScript).

• 🌐 Experience designing scalable infrastructure, prompt orchestration, and evaluation tooling in production.

• 🚀 Someone who thrives in cross-functional settings, loves enabling others and can lead without needing formal reports.
