Responsibilities:
Drive financial steering and guide the company
Be a strategic partner to the CEO, the management team and the board
Own shareholder communications and debt relationships, including managing fundraising processes
Ensure external/internal reporting and steering, on strategic, tactical and operational level
Ensure legal and financial compliance as well as risk management
Lead the Finance and Legal team
Requirements:
Experience leading a finance team in a scale up environment
Strong communication skills and numerical ability
Initiative taking, ownership and prestigeless approach
Strong understanding of financial systems setups
Solid accounting, controlling and forecasting/budgeting knowledge/experience
Experience from fundraising and/or M&A/transactions
Some legal experience (corporate/commercial law)
