We're building technology that transforms how restaurants work - and we're looking for someone who wants to build the team that makes it happen.
You'll be the person who brings exceptional talent to Karma. Every hire you make will influence our culture, our capabilities, and our future. This isn't a post-and-pray role. You'll be out there hunting for the best people, building relationships before we even have open roles, and creating a candidate experience that makes people want to join us.
You'll also keep our office at Östermalmsgatan running smoothly and help create the culture we want to be known for.
About You
You're proactive, resourceful, and know how to sell a vision to people who aren't actively looking. You can juggle multiple recruitment processes without dropping the ball, and you thrive in a small, fast-moving team where priorities shift and you need to figure things out as you go.
You learn fast and are excited to grow with us. Ideally, you have 2-3 years of hands-on recruitment experience from a startup or agency environment. You communicate in Swedish and English fluently.
What You'll Be Doing
Recruitment
Own and execute full-cycle recruitment for roles across the company, from Sales and Operations to Engineering and Product
Proactively source and build relationships with top talent
Act as a thought partner to hiring managers, advising on hiring strategy, process design, and candidate experience
Run structured, efficient processes that are fast, fair, and focused on outcomes
Champion an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through onboarding
Keep recruitment admin tight and systems up to date
Build and nurture pipelines for critical future roles
Office & Culture
Manage day-to-day office operations, incl food deliveries and keeping the office running in general
Plan and run internal activities that bring the team together
