Customer Support Agent

You'll be the voice of Karma, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support while helping shape our service standards.

At Karma, we're transforming hospitality through sustainable, tech-driven solutions. As we grow our Swedish operations, we're seeking Customer Support Superstar to join our mission of making hospitality effortless.

Core responsibilities

  • Provide responsive support via phone, email, and chat platforms (intercom)

  • Resolve customer inquiries with attention to detail and efficiency

  • Track and analyze support metrics to maintain service excellence

  • Collaborate with the onboarding team on customer success initiatives

  • Document customer interactions and identify improvement opportunities

What you'll bring

  • Native-level fluency in Swedish and English

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Strong technical skills with CRM systems and other digital tools

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
