Overview
Introduction: The Terms of Reference (ToR) outlines the requirement for a qualified Leadership Training Consultant to design and deliver a comprehensive leadership development program, aimed at enhancing senior/mid-level management skills, fostering a coaching culture, and improving performance management. The consultant will conduct needs assessments, develop training materials, and submit final evaluation reports.
Responsibilities
- Needs Assessment: Conduct a training needs assessment to customize content.
- Work closely with the State Ministry of Health Team
- Ensure alignment of approach with the organization’s objectives and participants’ requirements
- Provide pre and post training evaluation and support
Evaluate workshop effectiveness - Curriculum Development: Develop, design, and produce high-quality training materials (manuals, presentations, tools, and exercises).
- Delivery/Facilitation: Deliver interactive training sessions (in-person or online), utilizing participatory training methods.
- Follow-up/Evaluation: Administer pre-and post-training
Required Qualifications
- Advanced university degree in Management, HR, Psychology, or related Social Sciences.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in leadership training, organizational development, or consultancy.
- Proven expertise in designing and facilitating interactive workshops for diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of emotional intelligence, mentoring, and coaching techniques.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and writing skills in English.
- Submission of Samples: Examples of previous leadership training materials (if available).
