Overview
Serve as technical lead for development of training resources, provider job aids, and implementation resources, focusing on a self-guided PrEP Choice Counselling Module for integration into Jhpiego’s PrEP provider web-based learning platform.
Duration: Until 7/31/2026
Hours per day: 4 hours
Responsibilities
Deliverables:
- Storyboard for the Digital Lesson - storyboard mapping content flow, instructional elements, visuals, and learner interactions.
- Revised PrEP Choice Counselling Content Package - final, web-ready text, including job aids and PowerPoint slides for classroom delivery

Required Qualifications
- Clinical degree (MD, Nursing) and advanced degree in Public Health or related field required
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in HIV prevention and PrEP programming
- Experience in instructional design and digital learning development with specific experience in long-acting injectable PrEP methods, specifically Cabotegravir and Lenacapavir.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and e-learning authoring tools.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
The hourly rate for this Casual role is expected to be: $65.57 - $107.47

JHU Equivalency Formula: 30 undergraduate degree credits (semester hours) or 18 graduate degree credits may substitute for one year of experience. Additional related experience may substitute for required education on the same basis. For jobs where equivalency is permitted, up to two years of non-related college course work may be applied towards the total minimum education/experience required for the respective job.
