About Hygglo
We're on a mission to make it affordable and convenient to get any item, anywhere, without needing to buy it. Hygglo is Europe's largest peer-to-peer rental platform, with over one million rentals across seven countries. By connecting people who own things with people who need them, we're building a smarter way of consuming — one that reduces waste, saves money and makes life easier.
The role
Are you the product manager who's always closest to the code? With AI agents doing much of the coding, the bottleneck here is knowing what to build, coordinating the people involved, and checking that what got built actually works. In this role you're responsible for that, all the way to production.
You'll take problems like marketplace quality, payments, trust and safety, and growth across seven countries from discovery to shipped: talk to users, dig into the data, write the spec, build it with AI agents, and review the result together with our engineers.
What we're looking for
-
Experience as a product manager, product owner or similar in a digital product.
-
You bring people along: you coordinate across engineering, product and customer support, and keep everyone aligned.
-
Technical enough to read code and reason about it: TypeScript/JavaScript and SQL.
-
You write clear specs and break work into tasks that others — and AI — can run with.
-
You're comfortable making calls with incomplete information.
Also valuable
-
You've built something yourself with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor or Copilot.
-
An engineering background, or a prototype or side project you've shipped.
-
Experience with marketplaces, payments, or fraud and trust and safety.
-
Comfortable with data and experiments.
-
Fluent Swedish is a plus.
If you're excited about the role but don't tick every box, we'd still love to hear from you.
How we work
-
AI-first. AI agents handle much of the coding, so we ship often. The craft is in the specs, the review and the judgment calls.
-
On-site, with flexibility. We work together at our Stockholm office, with flexibility when life happens.
-
Small team, shared ownership. You'll shape both what we build and how we build it.
Why join
-
Meaningful work: help reduce overconsumption.
-
Build, not just plan: you ship your own ideas.
-
Room to grow across product and engineering.
