This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll own our digital presence, create compelling content, and drive engagement across platforms to reach fans, prospective investors, top talent, and customers around the world.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Digital strategy
- Build and run a cross-platform content calendar that supports Heart’s big 2025 goals, like fundraising, hiring, and making headlines.
- Establish success criteria to evaluate impact and ensure alignment between Heart’s digital strategy and corporate objectives.
- Manage the digital communications budget and secure resources required to execute the strategy effectively.
Digital channel management
- Own and operate Heart’s digital platforms (corporate website, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube), executing the digital strategy across the channels with impact and consistency
- Monitor trends and news to seize timely opportunities to amplify Heart’s voice and engage stakeholders strategically outside of planned calendar content
- Actively engage Heart’s digital communities to grow visibility, build brand affinity, and deepen relationships with key audiences
- Collaborate with Heart’s designer to produce compelling visual content aligned with brand guidelines (graphics, data, visualizations)
- Track channel analytics to inform performance reporting and continuously improve Heart’s digital engagement
Content production & management
- Capture and produce short-form video content for social media, campaigns, and other digital activations on quick timelines.
- Capture and curate high-quality still photography for use across digital platforms and by other Heart functions (including investor relations, media relations, public affairs, internal communications)
- Serve as creative producer and project manager for high-impact content, from campaigns to major event coverage
- Build and manage Heart’s multimedia asset library, ensuring content is archived, tagged, and easily accessible
- Travel as needed to document key company milestones, including prototype aircraft developments, industry events, and executive public appearances
- Build and manage a network of external creators - including agency or freelance videographers, photographers, designers - to bolster content development capabilities as needed
Your place of work will be at our office located in El Segundo, CA.
