🌱 About the role

Throughout this mission, you will be fully embedded in the CRM team (80% of your time) and contribute directly to some of our core chapters: Lead Nurturing, Upsell, and broader Communications, while supporting the CRM Manager across the full lead and customer lifecycle. You will also dedicate 20% of your time to Delivery Operations to industrialize processes and enhance client autonomy.

At Greenly, we believe the next frontier of CRM isn't just automation, it's intelligence . You'll help us explore and build AI-powered workflows that make our communications sharper, more contextual, and more impactful at scale.

Your missions will include:

💡 Strategy & ideation In collaboration with the CRM Manager:

  • Map and define CRM journeys for our inbound leads and customers, identifying the right moments to deliver relevant, personalized content

  • Bring fresh ideas and creative concepts to improve our sequences, campaigns, and overall CRM approach

🎨 Campaign creation & operations: Build and manage email campaigns end-to-end: Create and maintain automated workflows (onboarding flows, nurturing sequences, triggered emails) in collaboration with RevOps and the Product team

🧪 Testing & optimization: Run A/B tests from hypothesis to analysis, and translate learnings into concrete improvements Monitor campaign KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion, churn) and produce regular performance reports Identify opportunities to turn one-shot campaigns into scalable, automated workflows

🤖 AI-powered CRM — build the next generation of our workflows

This is where you'll have a real chance to shape something new . Concretely, you'll help us design and implement AI agents that make our CRM smarter such as :

  • Next Best Action (NBA): a CRM approach that analyzes in-platform activity to automatically recommend and refine the next steps a client should take, driving success and autonomy.

  • Upsell & cross-sell triggers: an agent that cross-references HubSpot data with the regulatory calendar (CSRD, EU taxonomy) to trigger hyper-personalized sequences at the right moment

  • Product-level precision: identifying clients who haven't yet run product-level LCAs and automatically surfacing messages to push them toward greater granularity The goal is AI that genuinely improves the experience for our leads and clients, and drives measurable impact.

⚙️ Delivery Ops & Industrialization (20% of your time)

  • Work with the Delivery team to identify specific use cases to deploy via the CRM to increase client autonomy.

  • Industrialize Delivery processes through automations and the strategic use of AI.

🌱 Skills to succeed

💡 CRM platform experience: hands-on practice with at least one tool such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Brevo, or Customer.io

✏️ Copywriting: ability to write clear, engaging, conversion-oriented copy in both French and English

📧 Email marketing fundamentals: solid understanding of segmentation, personalization, automation, and deliverability basics

🤖 Hands-on curiosity with AI tools: prompt engineering, agent building, or workflow automation (n8n, Make, Clay, or similar)

🧑🏽‍💻 Data literacy: at ease with KPIs like open rate, CTR, and conversion rate * Confident using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar analytics tools

🗣️ Language skills: Fluency in both English🇬🇧 and French🇫🇷

Nice-to-haves:
  • 📊 SQL knowledge: ability to query and manage data.

  • 💻 Basic IT/Programming: knowledge of any language (e.g., Python, JS).

  • 🔗 No-code automation: experience with tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n.

  • 🤖 AI Proficiency: experience with tools like Claude or Gemini.

  • 📝 Basic HTML or experience editing email templates

  • ⚙️ Familiarity with automation workflows (triggered emails, onboarding sequences, lifecycle flows)

  • 🔍 Interest in regulatory environments (CSRD, carbon reporting) or sustainability

  • 🤝 Prior exposure to a B2B or SaaS environment
