๐ŸŒฑ About the role

As Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead and scale Greenlyโ€™s global revenue organization.

You will be responsible for defining and executing our Go-To-Market strategy, driving ARR growth, and maximizing Net Revenue Retention (NRR) across all markets.

You will oversee the full commercial scope: SDR, Account Executives, Account Management, Partnerships, Sales Engineering, Sales Ops, and GTM functions.

Reporting directly to the founders, you will play a critical role in shaping Greenlyโ€™s next phase of growth and international expansion. ๐ŸŒ

What you are going to do

๐Ÿš€ Define and execute a high-performing global GTM strategy across segments and geographies

๐Ÿ“ˆ Own and drive ARR growth, NRR, and overall revenue performance

๐Ÿงฉ Build a predictable and scalable revenue engine (pipeline generation, conversion, retention, expansion)

๐Ÿค Align Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery around a unified revenue strategy

๐Ÿ”Ž Improve sales processes, tooling, forecasting, and performance tracking

๐ŸŒ Drive international expansion and adapt GTM strategies to local markets

๐Ÿ’ก Partner closely with Product and Delivery to strengthen product-market fit and customer value

๐Ÿ—๏ธ Hire, coach, and retain top commercial talent across all teams

๐ŸŒฑ Skills to succeed

๐Ÿง  Proven experience as a CRO / VP Sales / Revenue Leader in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment

๐Ÿ“Š Strong track record of scaling ARR and improving NRR in complex, multi-market setups

๐ŸŒ Experience managing international revenue teams across multiple segments (SMB โ†’ Enterprise)

๐Ÿงฉ Deep understanding of full-funnel GTM (SDR โ†’ AE โ†’ AM / expansion)

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Strong leadership skills: ability to structure teams, develop leaders, and drive performance

โšก Hands-on, data-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment
