E-Commerce Associate

The E-Commerce Associate is responsible for overseeing and managing all operational aspects of E-commerce for both Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) channels, excluding marketing functions.

The E-Commerce Associate is expected to be a proactive problem-solver, ensuring the E-Commerce ecosystem operates smoothly, delivers exceptional customer service, and adapts to evolving business needs.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure seamless execution of E-commerce operations, including order processing, payment systems, and customer-facing processes, while proactively addressing ad-hoc issues as they arise.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, ensuring high-quality service delivery and maintaining positive customer relationships across D2C and B2B channels.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience, identifying pain points and implementing solutions to improve satisfaction and efficiency across online platforms.
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to internal workflows related to customer service, issue resolution, payment handling, and other E-commerce offerings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic automation issues to ensure minimal downtime of automated processes, maintaining operational and service continuity.

Additional responsibilities

  • Own and streamline order processing and customer inquiry resolution
  • Keep D2C and B2B orders flowing smoothly and quickly resolve customer questions about shipments, returns, payments, or products.
  • Enhance customer experience through website improvements
  • Improve Internal E-commerce processes
  • Maintain and troubleshoot automation systems
  • Onboarding customers to system
  • Handle customer orders
  • Coordinate with 3PL partner regarding logistics
  • Other ad-hoc operational tasks

Ideal Candidate
To succeed in the role, we believe that you have the following qualifications:

  • 1-3 years work experience in E-commerce
  • Shopify or other CMS
  • Make.com, Zapier, n8n or similar no-code automation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Tech savvy and skilled in working with new tools and AI
  • Work proactively and find creative solutions to challenges
  • Swedish and English; fluent in speech and writing
