Job scope:• Sales coordinator, in charge of website, newsletters, sales material, follow-up of leads and pipeline• Sales coordination• Sales material / website / newsletter / leads conversion• Follow-up of pipeline / CRM (process and systems)• Social media management• Executive assistant, supporting CEO with e.g analyses, follow-ups, scheduling and board level workSkills and background:• Basic relevant education, e.g business, sales/marketing• Some working experience, preferably from companies with clear B2B Sales and Marketing scope• Energetic “doer”, with a strong personal drive and self motivationAdditional qualifications:• Expeience from direct sales of complex products in a B2B environment• Experience from web based CRM systems, sales support systems, setup and maintenance of websites• Experience from developing and preparing graphical material in relevant software, e.g Photoshop/Illustrator• Experience from developing sales presentations, e.g in Powerpoint• Expeience from scale-up situations, i.e from start-up to scale-up, including recruitment, office setup, structuring processes, administration etc.Location:Flexible, preferably within the Mälardalen region
