Job Overview

We are looking for a new colleague to join our ML and Data team. Our team is responsible for delivering insights, forecasts, and optimization strategies for various energy assets across Europe. To achieve this, we collect and analyze diverse datasets, build predictive models, and run optimization algorithms. Our projects span multiple domains, including energy markets, asset management, and operational efficiency. We are a small team passionate about tackling complex challenges and driving energy optimization to the next level. We value collaboration, creativity, and curiosity.

The salary range for this role is 64-77kSEK/month, plus generous benefits and equity - QESO stock options.

What You'll Do

• Design and maintain a Data & ML Platform
• Set and manage data quality standards
• Ensure scalability of data solutions across the company
• Create data pipelines
• Drive data-driven decision-making across departments

Must Have/Must Be

• Technologies: GCP, Python
• Senior software engineering skills, estimated 5 years
• Self driven:
  • Understands the impact of their work on a product
  • Can work independently and involve others when needed
  • Able to prioritise what’s important for the company and team
• Strong sense of ownership for their work and impact
• Honest and open: speaks up when something is right or wrong, gives and accepts feedback
• Able to collaborate in a flat and agile small team
• Helps others and asks for help
• Willing and able to be in our very cool Stockholm office
