Key Responsibilities
- Help breakdown the vision into parts and guide on what to build first and why.
- Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning it with the company's mission and user needs. Ensure product features address the pain points of whistleblowers and activists.
- Design an intuitive, simple and user-friendly interface for the platform. Optimize the entire user journey, from onboarding to ongoing interaction, ensuring a frictionless experience.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth execution of the product vision. Balance technical requirements with a focus on creating a user-centered product.
- Work with the team to ensure that the product’s features and UX align with the overall go-to-market strategy, building trust with the user base.
- Conduct user research to understand the specific needs and behaviors of the platform’s target users. Use this feedback to continually iterate on the product and improve user satisfaction.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in product management and product dev, with a focus on digital products and user experience.
- Strong background in designing intuitive, user-centric interfaces and optimizing user journeys for non-technical users.
- Experience using data to inform product decisions and prioritize features for maximum impact.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and align product goals with business and technical requirements.
- Solid understanding of decentralized technologies, blockchain, and privacy-enhancing protocols, with experience in productizing these technologies.
- Experience working in or founding a startup, with the ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus points for:
- Prior experience in blockchain or Web3 projects, with knowledge of decentralized governance and dApps.
