We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive the delivery of complex cloud platform and software development initiatives at evroc. In this role, you will work hands-on with infrastructure engineers, platform engineers, and product teams to plan, coordinate, and execute technically demanding projects in a fast-paced cloud environment.

You will operate close to the engineering work itself, owning delivery planning, dependencies, risk management, and execution across initiatives that span cloud infrastructure, platform services, and customer-facing capabilities. This role requires strong technical domain understanding in cloud or software services, combined with rigorous project management discipline.

You’ll be part of establishing how large-scale engineering delivery is run at evroc, ensuring predictability, transparency, and momentum as we build Europe’s sovereign cloud.

What You’ll Tackle

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud platform and software development initiatives.

• Own project planning, timelines, resource allocation, dependencies, and risk registers.

• Coordinate work across infrastructure engineers, platform engineers, and product development teams.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure teams follow established engineering and delivery processes.

• Track and report project progress, risks, and KPIs to engineering and product leadership.

• Identify blockers early and drive mitigation across teams and stakeholders.

• Contribute to improving delivery processes and establishing scalable project management practices as evroc grows.

Skills We Value

• Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

• 5+ years of experience leading projects in software product development, SaaS, or cloud environments.

• Strong domain knowledge in cloud platforms, infrastructure, or software services.

• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid delivery models.

• High proficiency in Jira, including backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
