We’re looking for an experienced Head of Construction to lead the delivery of evroc’s hyperscale data centre projects across Europe.

In this role, you will build and guide our construction and installation organisation, shape our execution model, and ensure our state-of-the-art facilities are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to world-class quality standards.

This is a unique opportunity to join at a foundational stage and define how Europe’s sovereign cloud infrastructure is physically built.

What You’ll Tackle

• Lead and develop evroc’s construction & installation team across multiple international sites.
• Define construction processes, standards, and delivery frameworks for large-scale data centre builds.
• Work closely with project management, design, procurement, commissioning and project controls to ensure alignment on scope, schedule and risk.
• Manage contractors and vendors throughout tendering, selection and execution.
• Oversee on-site progress, resolve escalations, and drive performance across safety, quality, cost and schedule.
• Provide constructability input into early design and support seamless transition into commissioning and operations.
• Build a strong safety-first and quality-driven culture across all project partners.

Skills We Value

• 10+ years of construction experience, including work on large, complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in construction or installation management, preferably in mission-critical environments.
• Leadership experience building and managing international teams.
• Demonstrated experience delivering data centre projects.
• Ability to drive contractors, mitigate risks early, and maintain clarity in fast-paced environments.
