At Endra, our vision is to produce software of exceptional quality. Attaining this standard requires both talent and ownership. We seek individuals who care deeply about the quality of the software we deliver, whether their focus is engineering, design, support, or sales.
Join our small and talented team as the technical link between our platform and our users. You’ll own features from concept to deployment, working directly with customers to shape the future of MEP design. We’re looking for engineers who love solving real-world problems, care about user experience, and are driven to see their code make an immediate impact.
You'll build the BIM integration layer that connects Endra's generative engine that engineers use every day, starting with Revit. You will define the architecture, set the standards, and directly shape how Endra's outputs land inside the real workflows of MEP firms worldwide. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with our core engineering team, our product specialists, and the consultancies who will run our software on real projects.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of professional software development with strong C#/.NET skills.
Proven record of developing BIM tools, ideally revit addins.
Experience integrating live BIM model data with external databases and APIs.
Strong working knowledge of the Revit data model: families, parameters, worksharing, view templates, schedules, and documentation standards.
Solid understanding of MEP workflows in at least one discipline (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or fire protection).
A systems-oriented, first-principles approach to software architecture in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Ownership mindset. You don't just build what's asked, you take responsibility for the outcome.
Nice to Haves
IFC and OpenBIM standards experience, or multi-platform BIM environments.
Experience with Python and TypeScript.
Experience in desktop development using WPF.
Experience in Autodesk Platform Services.
Computational geometry, graph algorithms, or generative design background.
Exposure to automated testing and CI/CD for CAD/BIM tooling.
Prior experience at a construction tech,AEC software company or engineering consultancy firm.
Comfort working directly with technical customers (engineers and design firms).
What You'll Do
Engineer Endra's Revit integration end-to-end, from add-in infrastructure to output fidelity.
Translate Endra's generative outputs into clean, compliant, production-ready Revit models that meet firm-specific templates and jurisdictional requirements.
Collaborate with our Core engineering team (C++23 and Python on GCP) on the boundary between the generative engine and the BIM layer.
Define and uphold the quality bar for our BIM output across disciplines and project types.
Work directly with customers during rollouts to understand workflow requirements and resolve integration issues.
Build the foundations for Endra's BIM layer to scale across platforms, disciplines, and global markets.
Help establish internal BIM standards, execution frameworks, and engineering best practices that the next BIM hires will inherit.
Our Current Tech Stack
Core Logic (C++23): A high-performance, modern C++23 codebase developed from scratch. It underpins our system with geometric primitives, advanced optimization algorithms, and the core business logic essential for our MEP decision-making and validation frameworks.
Backend Services (Python / GCP): A lightweight asynchronous Python API deployed on GCP. It manages database interactions (Postgres), generates required reports, and interfaces with our high-speed C++ Core library.
Frontend Interface (Svelte / TypeScript / WebAssembly): A compact, high-performance CAD application delivered directly in the user's browser, built using Svelte, custom TypeScript, and WebAssembly components.
BIM Layer (the one you'll own): Native Revit integration today, with IFC and multi-platform exports on the near-term roadmap.
How we operate
Less is more: We simplify and ship smaller, fast.
Build the right things: We listen carefully and build what users actually need.
Velocity & Quality: We build things that last, but we don’t perfect them forever.
Trust & Collaboration: Strong opinions, loosely held.
What We Offer
Competitive salary and equity.
Employee-friendly equity terms.
Private health insurance.
Regular team events and off-sites.
Six weeks of paid vacation.
An inspiring, ambitious, and global work environment.
