What You’ll Do

  • Design and own the end-to-end flow of data between our Product, internal AI tools, finance systems, and our CRM/Customer Success platforms to ensure a single source of truth.

  • Replace manual data entry with event-driven architectures and AI enhancements. Examples include building and maintaining workflows like automated meeting summaries syncing to the CRM, AI-driven churn alerts, and internal Slack bots for instant data querying.

  • Act as the internal champion for our operational tools. Design training programs and best practices to ensure everyone at Endra, from Sales to Operations is a highly effective power user of our core platforms.

  • Lead various cross-functional operational initiatives and processes across Product, Operations, Finance, and Talent.

  • Help scale our revenue and success engine across the full customer lifecycle from pipeline creation to expansion and retention.

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and resolve them through smarter system design and better platform utilization.

Who You Are

  • You have 1337+ years of experience in Ops, TechOps, or Consulting, with a bias toward building systems that don't require more people to scale.

  • You are comfortable working with LLMs and automation tools (Zapier, Make, or custom scripts) to connect disparate systems.

  • You have expertise in modern CRM and Customer Success platforms and know how to push their limits to drive revenue and customer retention.

  • You enjoy teaching others and have the communication skills to turn a non-technical teammate into a data-driven operator.

  • Prestigeless and willing to roll up your sleeves to jump in wherever needed.
