We’re building Endra for the millions of MEP engineers around the world who make our buildings breathe, stay safe, and light up. Endra represents a true before-and-after moment in MEP engineering—augmenting the speed and impact of engineering work by orders of magnitude.
At Endra, we’re designing a deeply technical, engineer-first interface, and we’re now looking for a Motion Designer to help translate our most powerful product capabilities into clear, compelling visual stories. This role sits at the heart of our marketing engine, working closely with our VP of Marketing and product teams to visualize, highlight, and educate the market on Endra’s core features.
This is a rare opportunity to take motion design from zero to scale at a category-defining company—and to materially shape how a new generation of engineering tools is understood, adopted, and celebrated.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience at a top-tier motion design studio or in-house team
- Deep expertise in After Effects
- Proven experience in product-focused motion marketing
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong quality bar
- Ability to think both conceptually and systemically
- A very dynamic person who will enjoy being in a fast moving industry
- Nice to have: Experience with Premiere Pro
- Visualize and communicate core product features in an interface built for professional engineers
- Create high-quality motion assets for product launches, marketing campaigns, web, and sales
- Turn complex engineering workflows into clear, intuitive, and inspiring motion stories
- Establish and scale Endra’s motion design language and standards
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership to move the needle for Endra’s growth
