Founded in 2016, Einride became the first company in the world to deploy a cab-less autonomous electric vehicle on a public road (Sweden, 2019). In 2022, we were the first to successfully operate such a vehicle on a US public road. Today our award-winning technology has been launched across 8 countries (and counting). Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies. We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.

Your mission when joining Einride as a Business Development Manager Benelux will be to drive profitable growth in the Benelux region. This is a crucial, high-impact role where you will partner closely with Business Unit Solution Development, Charging and Operations to ensure customer success and identify new business opportunities.

You will

    Your core mission will be to drive the commercial activities in the region Benelux and increase revenue potential in that region for Einride. This requires you to build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across key functions, including logistics, supply chain, operations, and sustainability. You will be expected to consistently meet or exceed quota and pipeline coverage targets.

    • Own the sales cycle for accounts, from prospecting and stakeholder mapping to contract negotiation and close.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and deployment teams to design compelling, feasible solutions for potential customers.
    • Strong focus on new customer acquisition and growth for the region.
    • Represent Einride at industry events, panels, and customer meetings to evangelize the transition to sustainable freight.

    We expect you to:

    • Have 3+ years of experience in freight sales and business development.
    • Proven success closing multi-stakeholder deals with Fortune 500 companies
    • Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain, and freight market place
    • Expertise in value-based/solution selling, aligning multiple stakeholders behind a shared vision and strong negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
    • Willingness to travel frequently to engage with customers and represent Einride at industry events
    • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new aspects of the freight, EV, and autonomous technology industry — staying ahead of a rapidly evolving market
    • Language requirements: English and Dutch. French would be an advantage.
