Your mission when joining the Solution team at Einride will be to drive electric freight sales for Einride by analyzing customers’ freight network data and transforming it into compelling, data-driven proposals.
You will
We’re seeking a Senior Solution Developer who excels at the intersection of a sales-driven mindset and strong analytical skills. This role will own and drive the solution work for one of the key regions for Einride. As a key player in the sales process, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—product, sales, operations, charging, and public affairs—to deliver seamless, impactful solutions and proposals.
- Data analysis: Analyze customer’s freight network data and turn raw data into insights for customers in autonomous and electric transportation roadmap
- Shape proposals and presentations: Generate sales proposals for the customer based on the analysis outcomes
- Storytelling: Conduct research and technical/business analysis, developing presentation and reports that tell a compelling story
- Customer engagement: Lead and facilitate customer discussions with executive-level stakeholders in conjunction with the commercial representatives
- Shape product development: Be the voice of the Solutions team to the Product org to improve internal and external software products
- Mentor and people development: Manage and coach junior team members with opportunity for full staff responsibility over time
- Cross-functional collaboration: Support on other sales, operations, product, or strategic projects
We expect you to:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a technical field such as Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent experience
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in analytical, customer-facing roles, preferably in transportation, logistics, management consulting, high-growth startups, or big tech firms
- Technical skills: Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Data Studio, Python, or other data analytics tools
- Sales mindset & storytelling: Strong sales mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that drive client adoption
- Industry knowledge (a plus): Experience in freight, logistics, EVs, and/or supply chain
- Language: English is required. Proficiency in Swedish, German and/or Dutch is advantageous
This is a full-time position based in Stockholm (preferred) or Gothenburg.
