Founded in 2016, Einride became the first company in the world to deploy a cab-less autonomous electric vehicle on a public road (Sweden, 2019). In 2022, we were the first to successfully operate such a vehicle on a US public road. Today our award-winning technology has been launched across 8 countries (and counting). Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies. We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.

Your mission when joining the Procurement team at Einride will be to lead the development and execution of category strategies for Medium- and Heavy-Duty Electric Vehicles and Trailers, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders such as Commercial, Operations and Finance, enabling the execution of Einride’s Electric Mobility strategy.

You will

  • Work cross-functionally and closely with leaders across the company to understand Einride value proposition and business requirements
  • Develop partnerships and ensure a sustainable, scalable and high performing supply network enabling the transformation of the electric and autonomous transport landscape
  • Lead Source to Contract activities, such as supplier identification and selection, negotiation and contract lifecycle management
  • Develop and drive supplier relationship management and performance management in close collaboration with stakeholders such as Operations and Finance, enabling end-to-end value creation and value capture
  • Lead major cost-out initiatives and tenders enabling e.g. new market entry, through cross-functional project teams
  • Develop strong relationships and manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels ensuring effective strategy development and execution

We expect you to:

  • Have several years of industry related experience in global procurement and category management functions
  • Bring proven cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to foster a culture of collaboration
  • Be open minded, self-reflective, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Bring solid analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex sets of data and draw insights and conclusions
  • Be self-motivated and result-oriented

This is a full-time position based either in Stockholm or Gothenburg.
