Founded in 2016, Einride became the first company in the world to deploy a cab-less autonomous electric vehicle on a public road (Sweden, 2019). In 2022, we were the first to successfully operate such a vehicle on a US public road. Today our award-winning technology has been launched across 8 countries (and counting). Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies. We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.

Your mission as Operational Account Manager will be to own your customer accounts and be overall responsible for their development and growth. This is a high impact role that is crucial for our growth and profitability in the region.

You will

  • Be overall responsible for the customer accounts, including ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance of service level agreements
  • Develop and implement operational solutions to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and identify opportunities for upsell
  • Present KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to customer managers, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvements
  • Translate customer feedback into internal actions across operations, charging, product etc.
  • Secure budget adherence and maintain financial control over customer operations, including invoice approval and annual price adjustments

We expect you to:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field such as Engineering, Logistics, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Bring +5 years of experience in a relevant business area, preferably with hands-on experience in logistics
  • Have experience from customer-facing roles with proven ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Exhibit strong business acumen with a deep understanding of how to manage and improve P&L (Profit and Loss)
  • Be highly analytical, data-driven, and have a process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills, organization, and follow-through
  • Fluent in Swedish and English

This is a full-time position based in Stockholm or Gothenburg.
