Founded in 2016, Einride became the first company in the world to deploy a cab-less autonomous electric vehicle on a public road (Sweden, 2019). In 2022, we were the first to successfully operate such a vehicle on a US public road. Today our award-winning technology has been launched across 8 countries (and counting). Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies. We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.

Your mission when joining the Talent Acquisition team at Einride will be to ensure we identify, attract and hire high-impact individuals who will shape our future.

You will

• Drive and execute deep sourcing efforts to build robust pipelines and successfully fill niche roles critical to Einride's growth
• Serve as a trusted advisor, utilizing exceptional stakeholder management skills to partner with hiring managers and define recruitment needs and strategies.
• Own the entire hiring outcome, ensuring every hire meets our high talent bar across all teams

We expect you to:

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally focused on specialized technical roles within complex domains
• Proven track record of deep sourcing efforts and filling high-priority, challenging roles.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, serving as a strategic talent advisor using data-driven market insights to inform key hiring decisions
• Great communication skills and fluency in English

This is a full-time position based in Stockholm or Gothenburg.
