Job Description

Want to be part of transforming road freight – for good? Einride is showing the world a new way to move, based on the latest digital, electric and autonomous technologies. Through freight capacity as a service, we enable businesses around the world to accelerate towards their sustainability goals.

Founded in 2016, Einride became the first company in the world to deploy a cab-less autonomous electric vehicle on a public road (Sweden, 2019). In 2022, we were the first to successfully operate such a vehicle on a US public road. Today our award-winning technology has been launched across 8 countries (and counting). Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies. We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.

Your mission when joining as a Revenue Operations Analyst at Einride will be to act as the critical link between our commercial execution and strategic financial insight. This is a highly impactful and analytical role where you will not only be the owner of our commercial data infrastructure but also the primary driver of actionable insights that inform decisions for our commercial teams, leadership, and investors. You will ensure our go-to-market strategies are supported by robust data, efficient processes, and cutting-edge technology, including the application of AI to maximize efficiency and value.

You will:

CRM Management & Optimization

  • Own and optimize HubSpot CRM, serving as the primary point of contact for all related matters.
  • Ensure data integrity, process efficiency, and high user adoption across the commercial organization.
  • Develop and maintain critical CRM automations, workflows, customizations, and integrations to streamline the sales cycle.

Commercial Business Intelligence (BI)

  • Develop, manage, and maintain high-impact dashboards and reports for internal reporting across commercial teams, general management, investor relations, corporate finance, and the board.
  • Utilize tools including Hubspot, BigQuery, Looker Studio/Looker, Google Sheets, and others as needed to build a single source of truth.
  • Analyze complex commercial data to identify key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, translating data into clear, prescriptive actions.

Business Control & Financial Reporting

  • Collaborate closely with the Business Control team on P&L performance, revenue forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop insightful analysis on margin drivers, pricing strategy, and cost optimization, recommending corrective actions to leadership.
  • Ensure complete alignment and reconciliation between commercial data and official financial reporting standards.

AI Tooling & Innovation

  • Drive the adoption and application of AI tools and methodologies to enhance accuracy, insights, visibility, value, speed, automation, and scalability across commercial operations.

We expect you to:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics, or a technical field.
  • Bring +2 years of hands-on experience in a role focused on Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or Revenue Operations with a strong emphasis on commercial data and CRM ownership.
  • Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in CRM administration (HubSpot preferred), including workflow and automation development.
  • Show a strong command of SQL/BigQuery and experience developing dashboards in BI tools like Looker/Looker Studio.
  • Have demonstrated experience or a strong capacity to apply AI tools (e.g., generative AI for data analysis/reporting, automation tools) to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability in commercial processes (this is a plus).
  • Possess a solid understanding of financial principles, including P&L structure, margin drivers, and revenue forecasting, with experience collaborating with Finance teams.
  • Exhibit exceptional analytical storytelling abilities by translating complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights and compelling reports for executive and board-level audiences.

This is a full-time position based in Stockholm. You will be part of a truly diverse, high performing team with a common passion for sustainability and making things happen in an innovative way. We recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible since selection and interviews are held continually.

At Einride, we are innovators, building solutions the world has never seen before – but urgently needs. That’s why we take action, and it’s why we are always eager to be challenged.
