Founded in 2016, Einride became the first company in the world to deploy a cab-less autonomous electric vehicle on a public road (Sweden, 2019). In 2022, we were the first to successfully operate such a vehicle on a US public road. Today our award-winning technology has been launched across 8 countries (and counting). Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies. We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team and help drive the development of our cab-less autonomous vehicle, i.e. the Einride eBot. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to shape the future of autonomous and logistics. You will:

• Collaborate in an agile hardware and software development environment, actively contributing to the evolution of flexible, forward-thinking ways of working
• Collect and analyze user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to formulate strategies and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
• Collect and analyze data, and use these data-driven insights to make informed product decisions
• Translate data insights as well as complex technical concepts into clear, compelling product features and user stories
• Collaborate closely with tech, commercial, operations, design, and cross-functional teams to define product requirements and the roadmap for your product area
• Communicate effectively to key stakeholders, including our leadership, customers, partners, and internal employees to align on priorities and secure buy-in

We expect you to have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in software and/or hardware development (candidates with software-only backgrounds should not shy away from applying)
• Strong technical background, with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Domain knowledge from autonomous software and/or hardware
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex input and ideas into solutions, and the ability to get alignment and buy-in from key stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management best practices
