Founded in 2016, Einride became the first company in the world to deploy a cab-less autonomous electric vehicle on a public road (Sweden, 2019). In 2022, we were the first to successfully operate such a vehicle on a US public road. Today our award-winning technology has been launched across 8 countries (and counting). Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies. We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.

Your mission when joining the team at Einride will be to drive top-line expansion within our most strategic and high-revenue accounts

You will

Be the growth catalyst across business units working hand-in-hand with commercial, product, operations, and solutions teams to deliver impact, innovation, and enduring partnerships. Your focus will be to turn major accounts into long-term growth engines through hands-on customer work, strategic planning, stakeholder orchestration, and value creation.

  • Craft growth plans: Develop live growth plans based on Einride’s future capabilities and market developments +12 months, identifying and enabling 'first-in-history' initiatives.
  • Build strategic relationships: Proactively build and deepen key stakeholder relationships and mapping to enable closure of short-term deals and realization of midlong-term growth.
  • Identify short-term opportunities: Orchestrate opportunity overviews across Einride’s business units to ensure each customer account’s full potential is addressed short term.
  • Translate business requirements: Use growth plans and customer interactions to surface clear business requirements and channel them into actionable product feedback.
  • Track account performance: Monitor and manage account-level performance, value creation, and progress toward shared goals.

We expect you to:

Have a strong background in strategic growth and a passion for decarbonizing freight. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience in account management, strategic growth, or complex B2B solution selling, with a strong preference for the transportation, logistics, supply chain, or adjacent tech sectors.

  • Customer Intimacy: Proven track record of growing enterprise accounts with multi-product offerings, preferably both hardware and software.
  • Industry Expertise: A combination of a deep personal network within transportation and logistics decision-maker circles and strong technical acumen in SaaS, fleet analytics, or supply chain optimization tools.
  • Innovation Mindset: A history of launching and scaling creative, first-of-its-kind initiatives with customers.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Ability to align cross-functional internal teams and lead through influence across product, engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams.
  • Languages: Fluency in both English and German is required; knowledge of other major European languages is a plus.

This is a full-time position based anywhere in Sweden or Germany.
