Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies. We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.

Your mission when joining the Charging & Infrastructure team at Einride will be to spearhead the strategic development and operational execution of a charging infrastructure network across the DACH and BeNeLux regions

You will

Be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the charging network in these key regions, from initial market analysis and scouting to final deployment and ongoing commercial success. You'll be the key driver of business growth, from developing the regional plan and conducting market analysis to overseeing project deployment and ensuring financial success. You will also lead and expand a high-performing team, securing critical partnerships and fostering a culture of collaboration to achieve our ambitious goals. Your scope will also include:

• Boost commercial success: Formulate and implement strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Oversee operations: Manage infrastructure deployment and track KPIs.
• Manage finances: Track regional commitments and ensure financial follow-up.
• Build partnerships: Secure and manage both internal and external collaborations.
• Report progress: Provide clear, continuous reporting and progress visualization.

We expect you to:

Have an entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to build and scale a business from the ground up. We need a self-driven leader who is not afraid of end-to-end responsibility and thrives on the challenge of a fast-paced environment.

• Experience: 10+ years of professional experience, with a significant track record in a leadership role.
• Industry Expertise: Direct experience in the EV charging or public charging infrastructure sector is essential.
• Ownership Mindset: You take full, end-to-end responsibility for results, from strategic vision to day-to-day execution.
• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: You are a proactive problem-solver who can identify opportunities, build a strategy, and drive commercial success with minimal supervision.

This is a full-time remote position based anywhere in Germany.
