The Mission of Procurement and Supply Chain Team at Einride Autonomous Technology is to support the company’s business strategies by developing and managing a resilient and sustainable supply chain that enhances Einride's competitiveness and success of its customers.
We are now looking for a procurement manager who is going to be responsible for the Autonomous Driving System ( hardware and software ). This role requires technical acumen, exceptional communication, analytical and negotiation skills. A successful candidate needs to thrive in a pressurized environment using data and facts to help identify risks, manage resources, and solve problems quickly and effectively. A dedicated team ethic with the ability to interact at all levels in the organization and across business boundaries is required to be successful in this role.
You will be:
- In the core team to develop the procurement strategy, establish the purchasing budgets, plan, policies, systems and procedures within the organization.
- Develop and build the procurement organization to ensure successful project launches that are both timely and cost-efficient.
- Implement a global purchasing commodity team allowing for future scale to leverage innovative programs.
- Develop business intelligence based on continuous market intelligence, monitoring and forecasting against variable market conditions.
- Lead the development of global supplier relationship management at Einride Autonomous Technology.
- Lead the development of data management at procurement to increase business transparencies and to secure the sustainable development of cost efficiencies across the company.
- Lead the strategic sourcing projects and business partner selection, negotiate contractual terms and interpret existing contract frameworks, demonstrating an understanding of legal principles.
- Create supplier scorecards to drive for continuous improvement and creation of best practice-based processes and procedures.
- Product definition, attributes, and specifications cascade for sourcing activities.
- Program gateway delivery and reporting.
- Program metrics generation, including timing delivery status, cost status.
