The Tech Operations team is responsible for deploying and maintaining Einride’s autonomous electric truck solution at client sites. Putting theory into practice, they get the wheels of change spinning. As an Autonomous Operations Specialist at Einride, you'll be joining a top talent team of ambitious, creative, kind-hearted people who challenge conventional thinking, think big, and aim for zero.
You will
Your mission when joining as Autonomous Operations Specialist is to manage and optimize the day-to-day activities, processes, and resources for Daily Operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relations: Act as the first point of contact for customers and partners, handle and resolve requests, regular updates and general communication.
- Operations & Coordination: Manage daily operations and planning including resources, documentation, processes & vehicle updates to enable smooth & efficient operation.
- Performance & Support: Analyze, optimize, and report on performance to secure KPIs and SLAs. You'll also support customer deployment projects & leading continuous improvement efforts.

Be a strong collaborator and communicator with excellent organizational skills. You should possess a service and solution-oriented mindset, acting independently and confidently in your ability to prioritize and make decisions. A hands-on mentality and an openness to thrive in a fast-scaling environment are also crucial.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain/Operations, or Logistics.
- Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role within operations, autonomous vehicles, logistics, or other relevant settings is a plus.
- Language Skills: Written and verbal fluency in English & Swedish.
- Technical Interest: Demonstrated interest in new technologies, specifically within electric & autonomous transport, and sustainability.
- Location: Einride office in Gothenburg with occasional customer and other stakeholder visits.
- Other: Safety focused mindset, flexibility & clear communication are key skills for this role.
This is a full-time position based at our office in Gothenburg. Of course, we have a modern and hybrid set-up that allows you to partly work from home but our expectations is that you also are present at our office in Gothenburg.
