Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies. We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.
The role
We’re seeking a Director of Solutions who excels at the intersection of a sales-driven mindset and strong analytical skills. Your primary goal will be to drive electric freight sales for Einride by analyzing customers’ freight network data and transforming it into compelling, data-driven proposals. As a key player in the sales process, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—product, sales, operations, charging, and public affairs—to deliver seamless, impactful solutions and proposals.
What You'll Do:
- Data-Driven Transformation: Dive deep into complex customer freight network data, leveraging your mastery of Python and Excel to uncover strategic opportunities, optimize operations, and architect the most compelling electric and autonomous transportation roadmaps.
- Strategic Proposal Architect: Design and craft executive-level sales proposals that tell a powerful, persuasive story of efficiency, sustainability, and competitive advantage, directly derived from your rigorous analysis.
- Masterful Storyteller & Influencer: Conduct incisive research and comprehensive technical/business analysis, then distill these insights into captivating presentations and reports. Your ability to articulate complex concepts with clarity and conviction will influence C-suite stakeholders and accelerate decision-making.
- Executive Customer Engagement: Lead and facilitate high-stakes customer discussions with executive-level stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in conjunction with our commercial representatives.
- Catalyst for Product Innovation: Act as a key liaison between the Solutions team and our Product organization, contributing market insights and customer feedback to inform and enhance the development of our internal and external software products, ensuring they meet genuine customer needs.
- Mentor & Develop Talent: Lead, manage, and coach a team of junior Solutions team members
- Cross-Functional Impact: Drive and support other high-priority sales, operations, product, or strategic projects, leveraging your analytical prowess and problem-solving skills to unlock new growth avenues for Einride.
We expect you to:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a technical field such as Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent experience
- Experience: Over 7 years of proven experience in high-impact, analytical, and client-facing leadership roles, ideally in product management at , management consulting, or analytical roles within transportation and logistics.
- Technical skills: Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Data Studio, Python, or other data analytics tools
- Sales mindset & storytelling: Strong sales mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that drive client adoption
- Industry knowledge (a plus): Experience in freight, logistics, EVs, and/or supply chain
What we offer:
- Market-Competitive Salary: The anticipated range for this position for NYC candidates is $180,000 - $220,000 per year*.
