Your mission as part of the Energy and Charging Infrastructure team will be to drive software solutions and operational excellence within E&CI. This position requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and strategic vision to deliver impactful solutions that align with business objectives.
You will
As our Offering Manager for Charging, you will be the commercial owner and strategic driver of our charging software and services portfolio. Your mission is to define, launch, and manage a market-leading suite of offerings that meets the needs of our customers and partners, driving both revenue growth and operational excellence. You will be the central business counterpart to the Product Manager, translating market opportunities into a clear vision and go-to-market strategy.
Market & Offering Strategy
- Develop and own the business case for new features and offerings, building a clear vision for the future of Einride's charging solutions.
- Define the complete commercial offering, including pricing tiers, service packaging, and business models for our SaaS and charging network services.
- Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, industry standards (like OCPI), and global energy market trends to ensure Einride remains a leader.
- Own the lifecycle of the offering, from initial concept and validation through to launch and end-of-life.
Go-to-Market & Commercialization
- Create and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new offerings
- Act as the subject matter expert for the commercial aspects of our charging solutions, supporting the sales team in key customer conversations.
- Define the optimal customer journey at our charging stations and within our software, ensuring a world-class user experience that drives adoption.
Partnership & Collaboration
- Serve as the primary business partner to the Product Manager in the Platform organization, ensuring a seamless flow of market requirements into the development backlog.
- Lead commercial relationships and procurement for key third-party software partners, conducting market research and managing the full partnership lifecycle.
- Collaborate with our operations and energy teams to ensure our software offerings optimize the performance and profitability of our physical charging assets.
We expect you to have:
- A university degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a strategic, market-facing role such as Offering Management, Product Management, or Product Marketing, specifically within a B2B technology environment.
- Proven experience with B2B SaaS, including defining pricing, packaging, and commercial models.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies that have driven product adoption and revenue.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience building business cases and financial models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently while building consensus across diverse teams.
A strong advantage if you have experience in: The EV charging industry, energy markets, grid services, or fleet management software.
