You will:
- Work cross-functionally and closely with leaders across the company to understand Einride value proposition and business requirements
- Lead the development and execution of category strategies for Medium- and Heavy-Duty Electric Vehicles and Trailers, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders such as Commercial, Operations and Finance, enabling the execution of Einride’s Electric Mobility strategy
- Develop partnerships and ensure a sustainable, scalable and high performing supply network enabling the transformation of the electric and autonomous transport landscape
- Lead Source to Contract activities, such as supplier identification and selection, negotiation and contract lifecycle management
- Develop and drive supplier relationship management and performance management in close collaboration with stakeholders such as Operations and Finance, enabling end-to-end value creation and value capture
- Lead major cost-out initiatives and tenders enabling e.g. new market entry, through cross-functional project teams
- Develop strong relationships and manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels ensuring effective strategy development and execution
We expect you to:
- Have several years of industry related experience in global procurement and category management functions
- Bring proven cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to foster a culture of collaboration
- Be open minded, self-reflective, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Bring solid analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex sets of data and draw insights and conclusionsBe self-motivated and result-oriented
