We are looking for an experienced Automated Driving System (ADS) Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team and help drive the development of our cutting-edge software solutions in autonomous technologies. You will join a focused, tight-knit product team. Your expertise and insights will carry significant weight, allowing you to exercise strong indirect leadership cross-functionally throughout the company. You will play a pivotal role in steering the company towards achieving its strategic goals and ensuring we maintain the proper course. You are friendly, open-minded, tech-savvy and also passionate about turning innovative ideas into successful products.
What you'll do:
- Be responsible for ADS software products across the domains Machine Learning, Perception, Localization, Motion Planning & Control, Remote Operations, Data & Platform, and Simulation
- Lead the ADS software product strategy and ensure it is in line with the business KPIs, business plan, market trends, regulatory changes and customer needs
- Collaborate with commercial and customers, tech leadership and other stakeholders to define product requirements
- Define technical roadmaps and feature prioritizations across ADS software domains and ensure they are data-driven and maximize business outcomes
- Lead product evangelism for ADS software and effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders to secure buy-in
What we're looking for:
- Extensive work experience with the greater part within product and/or similar role in software engineering management
- Domain knowledge from autonomous driving is a plus (i.e. Machine Learning, Perception, Localization, Motion Planning & Control, Remote Operations, Data & Platform, and Simulation)
- Expertise in software development, Agile methodologies and product management best practices
- Proven experience communicating, collaborating and building relationships with top management and key stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Strong technical background, with a MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
