We are seeking an experienced professional in physical testing of AV/ADAS systems to lead our efforts at one of our designated test tracks. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing testing activities at the test track, ensuring both safety and efficiency in the testing process. Collaborating closely with other stakeholders in the verification and validation process and tooling, such as simulation. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our testing methodologies and leveraging various tools to validate our AV/ADAS systems.
As a Test Site Lead at Einride Autonomous Technologies, you will be working with the simulations team and test execution team to help define how the testing should be carried out to achieve qualitative results. You will also be responsible for resource planning for test execution, and make sure that the testing and work done on the test site is executed in a safe and effective manner.
As a key member of our testing team, you will be expected to share your expertise with stakeholders across the organization, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement in our testing practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively liaising with team members and stakeholders in the organization, on test planning, progress and results.

  • Plan and manage testing needs based upon requirements from the rest of the organization
  • Lead the way of working in test execution, increasing safety & efficiency
  • Help developer teams with practical knowledge on how to define tests and execution methods

This is a full-time position based at least 50% at AstaZero/Borås & the rest in Gothenburg. We recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible since selection and interviews are held continually.
