Founded in 2016, Einride became the first company in the world to deploy a cab-less autonomous electric vehicle on a public road (Sweden, 2019). In 2022, we were the first to successfully operate such a vehicle on a US public road. Today, we are a team of more than 500 people, and our award-winning technology is being deployed across 8 countries (and counting). Our clients include some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies.
HR is responsible for staffing the frontline with specialists in wide-ranging fields, and for making them feel at home in a fast-moving operation. We support the business in HR related matters. We are in charge of creating a great employee experience and to provide world-class HR Support.
As an HR Administrator at Einride, you'll be joining a top talent team of ambitious, creative, kind-hearted people who challenge conventional thinking, think big, and aim for zero.

Job description:

  • Support our global HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Document, update and maintain employee data in relevant systems
  • Support projects together with the HR team within onboarding, payroll, internships, people strategy and more

Requirements:

  • Written and verbal fluency in English
  • Currently studying within relevant academic field at University
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced and international environment
  • Available for part-time work, averaging approx. 16 hours per week
  • Open to work flexible working hours to support our global team
Having HR experience from an US setting, or knowledge in US labor law is highly valued. In addition to this, being fluent or proficient in languages such as German, Dutch and/or Swedish is an added bonus that we find truly beneficial in this role.
