Our clients include some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies.
Job description
- Part-time employment, approximately 2 days per week. Allocation of work hours is flexible and to be agreed upon.
- Support Einride’s legal team with reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (primarily NDAs and similar types of contracts).
- Supporting and improving the template/know-how management, including contract management support.
- Operative day to day support to the business of Einride, including legal analysis and providing advice within areas such as HR, IP, compliance and data privacy.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Master of Laws (Juristexamen) from one of the top universities in Sweden.
- Have completed the initial 2.5 - 3 years of education.
- Relevant experience (e.g. from a business law-firm internship, startup or bigger corporation) is a plus.
- Down to earth with a high ambition and an analytical mind. Curious and willingness to learn.
