Job Description
We are looking for a well-rounded professional to join the Sector Initiatives (SI) team as a Senior Associate. In this role, you will act as a key strategic partner to our Program Managers (PMs) and a critical engine behind high-quality delivery, uniquely blending customer-facing activities alongside PMs with a technical, data-driven approach.
Your primary focus will be translating EcoVadis data and industry intelligence into actionable insights that support our customers' sustainability objectives. As the go-to support hub for Sector Initiatives Program Managers, you will own the operational management and standardization of how we deliver value to members throughout their SI journey.
The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and proactive in leveraging data and modern AI tools to maximize team efficiency and client impact. This position offers a clear career trajectory, serving as a direct stepping stone to becoming a Program Manager with the responsibility of managing 3 to 4 Sector Initiatives.
Responsibilities
Customer Operational Management & PM Support
Program Manager Partnership: Act as the central support function for SI Program Managers, enabling them to respond efficiently to customer requests and scale their Sector Initiatives.
Value Standardization: Lead the continuous improvement and formalization of the SI member journey, including onboarding new members, maintaining annual milestones, and building standardized presentation templates.
Meeting & Report Preparation: Coordinate regular report production and prepare comprehensive materials, benchmarks, and topic deep-dives for upcoming member meetings.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Bridge the gap between customers, PMs, and internal teams to solve challenges smoothly and within reasonable deadlines.
Data Insights & Value Delivery
Insight Generation: Leverage existing EcoVadis platform data, reports, and central dashboards to produce clear, compelling, and actionable sustainability narratives for SI members.
Data Navigation Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of EcoVadis data structures and stakeholders to extract trends, benchmarks, and relevant angles for customer interactions
Deliverable Excellence: Ensure every customer-facing deliverable, from high-level overviews to thematic deep-dives, reflects the highest standard of data accuracy and strategic relevance.
AI-Augmented Efficiency & Innovation
Process Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to automate, scale, or improve the quality of customer content using agentic AI tools.
Best Practice Sharing: Help establish and share best practices for AI adoption across the SI team's day-to-day workflows to boost overall team agility.

Data Platform Proficiency: Skilled in navigating business platforms like Salesforce and Tableau to extract reporting data and track customer milestones.
Tech & AI Literacy: Proficient with Google Suite and project management tools, paired with a genuine curiosity to explore and apply AI tools to enhance delivery efficiency.

Education/Interests: Formal education or a strong foundational background in a related field (Sustainability, Business, Supply Chain) is highly preferred, alongside a genuine passion for sustainability.
Every Customer Matters: You design every output around the customer’s understanding, objectives, and long-term success.
Ownership & Autonomy: You take full accountability for your deliverables from first draft to final version, managing multiple concurrent requests without losing quality.
