Job Description

EcoVadis seeks a Sr Regional Manager to lead the Americas (AMS) market within the Network Growth team, responsible for growing the EcoVadis subscriber base of rated companies across North America and Latin America. This role owns new logo acquisition for the AMS rated segment, managing a team of 12 Account Executives and 1 Team Lead across Toronto and Mexico City, in a high-volume, high-velocity SMB inside sales motion. This role reports directly to the VP of Service Engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Oversee Regional Operations for Network Growth — Americas:

  • Manage daily Team operations to meet New ARR and conversion targets consistently.
  • Monitor team performance, allocate resources effectively, and deliver regular reports on results.
  • Own the regional forecast and present performance, risks, and levers to leadership.

2. Lead Regional Strategy, Alignment, and Customer Engagement:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive regional strategy for the AMS rated segment, ensuring alignment with Department and Company goals.
  • Act as the primary coordinator for internal cross-functional challenges, ensuring timely resolution and alignment across Sales, Customer Success, and Service Engagement teams.
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to prioritize regional needs in roadmaps.

3. Drive Team Leadership and People Development:

  • Lead, coach, and develop 12 Account Executives and 1 Team Lead across two locations.
  • Build a data-driven and AI team culture focused on commercial thinking, coaching, and continuous improvement.
  • Own headcount and capacity management for the region, proactively flagging gaps to the VP.

4. Drive Regional Market Representation and Brand Presence:

  • Represent EcoVadis within the Americas by coordinating regional campaigns and participating in events to strengthen market presence.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners, industry organizations, and cross-functional stakeholders to position EcoVadis as a leader in sustainability ratings.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners, industry organizations, and key stakeholders to position EcoVadis as a leader in sustainability ratings.

5. Lead AMS Network Growth team AI transformation

The Network Growth team is moving from manual execution to AI-first scaling, and this role is expected to lead that shift within the Americas.

How does will look like: Architected AI agents handle the heavy lifting of low value tasks at scale, and machine learning models drive account prioritisation, reducing the time reps spend on manual prospecting. At the individual level, every team member is expected to use tools such as Claude and Gemini to automate their own daily tasks and improve the customer experience.

The Sr Regional Manager's role in this is twofold: to embed this tooling into how the team executes day-to-day, and to build the culture that makes bottom-up innovation possible. That means creating an environment where AEs are encouraged to experiment with AI in their own workflows, share what works across the team, and continuously raise the bar on what individual productivity looks like. The best ideas will not always come top-down, and this manager is expected to surface, scale, and champion the ones that come from the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 4+ years of experience managing high-performing inside sales or SMB sales teams, with demonstrated success driving new logo ARR growth in a regional or multi-region capacity.
  • Deep understanding of high-volume, high-velocity inside sales best practices, including prospecting, pipeline management, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience leveraging CRM systems (Salesforce required), cadence automation tools and AI-powered sales tools to optimize team performance and outreach.
  • Ability to develop and implement regional growth strategies, aligning with company-wide objectives.
  • Proven ability to coach sales reps on technique, messaging, and commercial mindset
  • Strong track record of coordinating across Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to drive cohesion and resolve cross-functional challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Experience managing teams across multiple geographies or time zones is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English required; Spanish/Portuguese is a strong plus given the LatAm scope of the role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication to engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Thrives under pressure and in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Passion for sustainability or corporate social responsibility is a plus.
