Your mission

Barcelona/Hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation
    • Outreach to potential customers via various channels, including email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
  • Qualification
    • Do an initial qualification of a potential customer before setting a meeting with an account executive.
  • Market research and account mapping
    • Become familiar with your markets and find potential customers that we haven’t mapped out yet. Research the market to add these customers to our database in Hubspot.
  • CRM Management
    • We use Hubspot as our source of truth for all client interactions, and thus it needs to be always updated and with accurate records.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology experts and data scientists, to integrate insights into the continuous improvement of renewable energy assets.
  • Reporting
    • Regular reporting to the Head of Sales on your KPI’s, market information, and anything relevant.
Your profile

Requirements:

Essential:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a lead generation role (BDR, SDR, or similar) for a SaaS company, preferably in a data driven or technical domain.
  • High energy and willingness to take ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Ability to understand a technical solution, work in a technical field, and communicate value.
  • Bachelors degree, preferably in business administration, economics, or engineering, but not a must.
  • Experience working with a CRM. Other customer management and lead generation tools will be a plus
  • Stakeholder Management experience.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) and either French or German. Other European languages will be a plus.

Desirable:

Familiarity with the Sustainability/Energy/Renewables sector.

Role Overview:

As a BDR at Delfos Energy, you will play a vital role in our sales engine and

growth by owning a key part of lead generation. BDR’s are usually the first im-

pression a potential customer will get from Delfos, so this is a very important role

for us. Your responsibilities will revolve around account mapping, outreach, and

collaborating with sales managers to work as a team. Your main KPI will be lead

generation targets. We see our BDR’s as our future Sales Managers, so finding

someone with a good career projection is also important in this role.
