Your mission

You’ll own the full sales cycle for Harbor+ for our ESG community, and our regulatory monitoring product from first contact to signed deal. Your job is to identify the right companies, engage senior decision-makers, run high-quality value-based sales conversations, and close new business that drives real revenue growth.

You’ll build and manage your own pipeline, sell a complex SaaS solution with a clear business and regulatory impact, and act as the voice of the market internally, feeding back what prospects need, what resonates, and what blocks deals.

This is a hands-on role with real accountability. You’re expected to prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close—end to end.

Your profile

This role is a strong fit if you:

  • Have a solid track record in B2B SaaS or technology sales.

  • Are comfortable selling complex solutions to senior stakeholders.

  • Use a structured, consultative approach to selling and understand value-based sales.

  • Have at least a basic working knowledge of MEDDPICC (or similar frameworks).

  • Consistently meet or exceed targets in fast-paced environments.

  • Communicate clearly, negotiate confidently, and can run a deal without hand-holding.

  • Bring 2–5 years of relevant sales experience, or have proven yourself as a top-performing Senior BDR / early-stage AE.

  • Are motivated by autonomy, ownership, and measurable impact rather than heavy process.
