As our Communication Manager, reporting directly to the CMO, your main responsibilities will be to lead the development and execution of the company's Communication, PR and So-cial Media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. You will reinforce the posi-tioning of Cooltra as a reference and European leader in sustainable mobility.

You will be responsible for the management and growth of the Social Media, PR and Com-munication team and will work closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams in different countries to contribute to their business objectives and projects.

You’ll be expected to:

• Develop and oversee the implementation of the company's internal and external Communication and Social Media strategies, including different business lines and markets.

• Develop and lead the PR, press, and media strategy, defining key narratives, managing media relations, overseeing press releases, and managing spokesperson communica-tions for the company, including the CEO and General Managers, ensuring consistent brand messaging across markets and business lines.

• Management and recruitment of external providers (agencies and consultants) for press, public affairs and CSR.

• Content planning and development for the company’s internal and external commu-nication and Social Media channels.

• Building and managing communication materials (internal newsletters, official presentations, conferences, talks, radio broadcasts etc.). Attendance at events where the brand is involved (round tables, congresses, breakfasts, panels, fairs), speaking on behalf of the company.

• Monitoring and reporting of the impact of the different Communication and Social Media activities for continuous improvement.

• Develop and manage the team (2 Comms and Social Media professionals) providing coaching, training and mentorship to ensure high performance and career growth op-portunities.

• Stay up to date on industry trends, competition and legislation, proactively identifying new communication, brand and business growth opportunities.

• Work closely with the B2G General Manager on the public affairs strategy, coordinat-ing messaging, aligning communication priorities, and supporting stakeholder, institu-tional, and regulatory communications at local and group level.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor's degree in journalism, communication, audiovisuals or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of combined experience in Communication, PR and Social Media, preferably in a mobility service or similar environment.

• Mandatory: residence in Barcelona or surrounding areas.

• You should have strong leadership and project management skills, excellent commu-nication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• More than 3 years team management experience.

• Proficiency in English and Spanish. French, Italian and Portuguese are an asset.
