Reporting directly to the Director of Communication, your mission will be to support in the development and implementation of the Communication and Social Media Plan in all countries where Cooltra operates and all its business units.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Creation and editing of visual content (events, special campaigns, short LKDN videos, reels) for social media and knowledge of image/video editing tools.
• Monitoring and active listening of the latest trends in the sector and competitors.
• Support in the Community Management of the company's RRSS (FB, IG, LKDN, TW, TikTok).
• Development of content strategies: Content plan and planning. Knowledge of programming tools
• Search and management of campaigns and agreements with influencers.
• Support in Social Ads campaigns.
• Copywriting for marketing and other company departments and coordination of the translation process in the area.
• Support in events and promotional campaigns
• Editing of web content (general information, blog, press room, etc.)
• Support in the preparation of corporate documents and internal presentations
• Drafting of the company's internal newsletter

What we are looking for:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in corporate communication offices, communication agencies or social media agencies.
• High writing skills in different channels: newsletter, presentations, social networks, etc.
• Digital native: A proactive person, passionate about social media, creative, awake, with fresh and innovative ideas.
• Knowledge of the main tools and applications for planning and editing content for social networks.
• Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, marketing or similar training.
• Languages: native Catalan and Spanish, fluent English. Knowledge of French, Portuguese or Italian would be a plus.
• Teamworker: Ability to coordinate and collaborate with other departments. Highly organised.
